When you create an account or purchase a course, we collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Account activity: enrollments, course progress, certificates
• Transaction records: amount, date, order/invoice ID, payment status
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, device information

We do notcollect or store your card number, mobile banking PIN, or net banking credentials. Those are entered directly on SSLCommerz's secured payment page — see "Payment Security" below.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and course enrollments
• To process payments and send order confirmations/receipts
• To provide customer support
• To send service-related notifications (course updates, live class reminders)
• To improve the platform and detect fraud or abuse

3. Payment Security

All payments are processed through SSLCommerz, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway licensed to operate in Bangladesh. Card and mobile banking details are entered and stored by SSLCommerz, not by us — we only receive a transaction confirmation and status. This means your sensitive payment credentials never touch our servers.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences (such as your tenant subdomain and theme). We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only where necessary to operate the service:

• With SSLCommerz, solely to process your payment
• With Supabase and our hosting providers, solely to store and serve platform data securely
• With the coaching center/educator (Tenant) whose course you purchased, limited to enrollment and progress data needed to support you
• When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users

We do not run third-party advertising on this platform, and we remain responsible for any data shared with the service providers above.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and afterward as needed to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@nfstudiobd.com. Some data (such as transaction records) may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes even after account deletion.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 should use the platform with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
